Section 1
This Notification may be cited as the Rubber Fund (Cess) Notification, 1980, and shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st January, 1975.

THE RUBBER FUND (CESS) NOTIFICATION, 1980
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by subsection (1) of section 4 of the Rubber Fund Ordinance and all other powers thereunto him enabling, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, on the recommendation of the Rubber Fund Board, has made the following Notification:-
Section 2
There shall be imposed and collected a cess at the rate of 2.2 cents per kilogramme on all rubber exported from
Sabah with effect from 1st January, 1975.
Section 3
The cess imposed vide Gazette Notification No. S 156/50 is hereby revoked. Gazette Notification No. 746/80
published in the main Gazette on 4th September, 1980 is hereby cancelled.
