Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Rubber Industry Replanting Fund (Cess) Order, 1962 and shall come into effect on the 1st day of May, 1961.

THE RUBBER INDUSTRY REPLANTING FUND (CESS) ORDER, 1962
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Rubber Industry Replanting Fund Ordinance [Cap. 170.] and all other powers thereunto him enabling, the Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Rubber Fund Board, has made the following Order:-
Section 2
There shall be imposed and collected a cess of five per centum of the price of rubber on the date of export, subject to a minimum of 4.4 cents and a maximum of 10 cents per kilogramme, on all rubber exported from Sabah.
Section 3
Where an owner admitted to participate in an Account A Scheme has an outstanding claim under the Scheme for reimbursement in respect of the cost of planting or replanting, any cess payable under this Order may be set off against such claim.
Section 4
The Rubber Industry Replanting Fund (Cess) Order, 1957 [G.N. No. S 119/57.] is hereby revoked.
