Section 20
of Sabah Climate Change And Carbon Governance Enactment 2025
Section 20
(1)
Any person may upon payment of any prescribed fee —
(a)
inspect the Register or Inventory; and
(b)
make a copy of, or take extracts from, the Register or Inventory.
(2)
If a person requests that a copy be provided in an electronic form, the Director may provide the relevant information —
(a)
on a data processing device; or
(b)
by way of electronic transmission.
