Section 27
Upon the issuance of certificate of registration of carbon rights in section 26, the carbon rights
—
(a)
shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct interest in the land;
(b)
shall not confer any right of possession to the land; and
(c)
shall not be treated as a subdivision of land.
