Section 18
(1)
An employee shall not act as the editor, or take part directly or indirectly in the management of any publication, including newspaper, magazine or journal except the following:
(a)
department or staff publications;
(b)
professional publications; and
(c)
publications of non-political voluntary organisations:
Provided the prior written permission of the Corporation is obtained.
Political activities.
