Section 16
(1)
The Corporation may delegate to any committee, member, officer or servant of the
Corporation, such of its functions, under this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made thereunder as it may deem necessary or desirable.
(2)
Any functions delegated under this section-
(a)
may be so delegated subject to such conditions or restrictions as the
Corporation may either generally or specially impose;
(b)
shall be exercised by the committee, member, officer or servant concerned in the name and on behalf of the Corporation.

(3)
No delegation made under this section shall preclude the Corporation itself from exercising or performing at any time any of the functions so delegated.
