Section 27

Section 27

The Corporation may, from time to time, invest any of its funds, not immediately required to be expended in the meeting of the obligations or in the discharge of the functions of the

Corporation, in securities authorised for the investment of trust funds by any written law for the time being in force, and may place the same on deposit in any bank or banks licensed under the provisions of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 [Act 372.] or in any undertaking as may be approved by the Minister of Finance.
