Section 50
(1)
The Yang di-Pertua Negeri may by order published in the Gazette direct that the
Corporation shall be wound up and dissolved.
(2)
Any surplus arising from the winding up of the Corporation shall be paid into the

State Consolidated Fund and any deficit may be defrayed out of moneys provided by the
Legislative Assembly.
(3)
The winding up of the Corporation shall be conducted in such manner as may be prescribed by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri.
