“the Board” means the Board of Trustees of the Sabah Foundation established under section 5 of this Enactment;
“the Chairman” means the Chairman of the Board;
“the Chief Minister” means the Chief Minister of the State of Sabah;
“the Director” means the Director of the Foundation appointed under section 11 of this
Enactment;
“the Foundation” means the Sabah Foundation or in Bahasa Malaysia „Yayasan Sabah‟
established by section 3 of this Enactment;
“the Fund” means the Sabah Foundation Fund established under section 4 of this
Enactment;
“member of the Board” includes the Chairman.
