Section 2
(1)
A distribution licensee shall be paid administrative fees under paragraph 22(a)
of the Enactment calculated at the rate of two per centum of each payment made under rule 8 and, if applicable, rule 10 of the Sabah Renewable Energy (Recovery of Moneys by Distribution Licensee) Rules 2024.
(2)
The Commission shall be paid administrative fees under paragraph 22(b)
of the Enactment calculated at the rate of five per centum of each payment made under rule 8 and, if applicable, rule 10 of the Sabah Renewable Energy (Recovery of Moneys by Distribution Licensee) Rules 2024.
