Section 60

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of the Enactment where no penalty is provided in relation thereto, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction, to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment not exceeding one year or to both and in the case of a continuing offence to a further fine of one hundred ringgit for every day during which the offence continues.
