Section 20

(1)
The Board may, subject to such conditions or restrictions as it deems fit, delegate to any committee appointed under section 7, or to the
General Manager or any officer of the Board, or any company incorporated by the Board and its subsidiaries, all or any of the functions and powers vested in the Board by this Ordinance.
(2)
Notwithstanding the delegation of functions or powers under this section, the Board may continue to perform any of its functions or exercise any powers conferred upon it under this
Ordinance.
