of Sandakan Municipal Council Change Status And Amalgamation Enactment 1981
Section 5
All property, movable or immovable and assets vested in or belonging to the Sandakan
Town Board and Sandakan Rural District Council shall on the commencement of this
Enactment be transferred to and vest in the Sandakan Municipal Council.
