Section 10
—
(1)
The Minister may give to the Council such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance as he thinks fit as to the exercise and performance by the Council of its functions under this Ordinance and the Council shall give effect to any such directions.
(2)
The Council shall furnish the Minister such information, property and records of its activities, accounts and financial affairs, as he may require from time to time.
