Section 13
—
(1)
The Council may make standing orders for the following matters relating to its officers and employees:
(a)
their terms and conditions of service;
(b)
their pensions or other superannuation benefits of their employment;
(c)
their conduct and discipline;
(d)
other privileges and benefits which may be accorded to them; and
(e)
any other matters affecting their welfare and interests.
(2)
For the purpose of this section, “officers” shall include the
Chief Executive Officer of the Council.
