Section 18
—
(1)
The Council shall keep or cause to be kept proper accounts and other records in respect of its activities and shall cause to be prepared a statement of accounts in respect of each financial year.
(2)
The accounts of the Council shall be audited annually by the Auditor General or such auditor or auditors as may be appointed by the Council with the approval of the Minister.
