⎯(1)

For the purposes of enabling the Foundation to carry out its objects, there shall be established a fund to be called the

Sarawak Foundation Fund.

(2)

The Fund shall consist of⎯

(a)

such sums as the Government may from time to time contribute to the Fund;

(b)

all other moneys which may be donated, contributed, loaned or in any other manner paid into the Fund by any authority or persons;

(c)

all interest received by the Board upon such portion of the moneys of the Fund as may from time to time be invested or placed on deposit;

(d)

all revenues from any property held by the Board;

(e)

such sums as are credited to the Fund under the provisions of any written law.
