Section 29
Failure to disclose information, etc.
Any person who fails to disclose or omits to give any relevant information or evidence or documents that he knows to be relevant or has reason to believe to be relevant, in connection with any matters arising under this Ordinance, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
Offences for non-compliance 30.
Unless otherwise provided for under this Ordinance, any person who fails to comply with any provisions under this Ordinance commits an offence and shall, upon conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
