Section 11
The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 6
the following section:
“Tenure of office

Section 6
(1)
The Chairman shall be appointed for a term of three years and shall be eligible for reappointment for the same term.
(2)
The Deputy Chief Executive and any other member of the Board shall be appointed for a term of two years and shall be eligible for reappointment for the same term.”.
