Section 9
(1)
Any person who is an authorized depository agent, an issuer, a depositor, or a user shall comply with, enforce or give effect to the rules of a central depository to the extent to which those rules purport to apply to such person.

For the purposes of this section, ―rules‖ includes any direction given, from time to time, by a central depository to any person pursuant to this Act.
