Hearing of the disclosure of sensitive information by the accused

Section 10
(1)
Upon receiving the notice under section 9 from the accused the court shall conduct a hearing in camera.
(2)
The accused shall submit the sensitive information to the court.
(3)
The court shall view the sensitive information and decide on the relevancy of the sensitive information in the trial.
(4)
If the court decides that the sensitive information is relevant the court shall conduct the trial in camera.
