Section 3
(1)
The Board shall consist of not less than six nor more than nine members being persons appointed thereto from time to time by one or other of Her Britannic
Majesty’s Principal Secretaries of State.
(2)
Any member of the Board may at any time be removed therefrom by one or other of Her Britannic Majesty’s Principal Secretaries of State.
(3)
The Board may at all times exercise its powers and carry out its duties under this Ordinance notwithstanding any vacancy in the membership of the Board or any defect in the appointment of any member thereof.
(4)
Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, the Board may regulate its own procedure.
