Revocation of appointment and resignation of members
of Small and Medium Enterprises Corporation Malaysia Act 1995

Section 6
(1)
The Minister may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Corporation without giving any reason therefor.
(2)
A member of the Corporation may at any time resign from his office by giving notice in writing to the Minister.
