Section 16A
(1)
Where the Estate Distribution Officer is satisfied that any order made under this Act contains clerical error, he may make such amendment on the order and the order shall be served on the petitioner.
(2)
No amendment other than an amendment to correct a clerical error shall be made by the Estate Distribution Officer or any person affected by the order unless it is made in accordance with the regulations made by the Minister.
