Subject to section 12, any member of the Council appointed under paragraph 9(i)
of State Heritage Enactment 2017

Section 11
shall, unless he sooner resigns his office or his appointment is sooner revoked, hold office for such period not exceeding three years as may be specified in his instrument of appointment and shall be eligible for reappointment.
