Section 70

If by reason of its nature, size or amount, it is not practicable to remove any object, material, book, document, receptacle, conveyance or other thing that has been seized in or on any premises, the enforcement officer or police officer shall, by any means, seal such premises from where the object, material, book, document, receptacle, conveyance or other thing was found.

Any person who, without lawful authority, breaks, tampers or damages the seal referred to in subsection (1) or removes any object, material, book, document, receptacle, conveyance or other thing seized under seal or attempt to do so, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand or to both.
