Section 56

(1)
Where any form has been prescribed under this
Ordinance, no person shall, for the purposes of this Ordinance, use any form which is not printed or issued by the authority of the
Comptroller:

Provided that the Comptroller may, at his discretion and subject to such conditions as he may deem fit to impose, permit any person to use forms which are not so printed or issued as aforesaid, or permit the use of any form submitted through an electronic data interchange.
(2)
The Comptroller may impose such fees as he deems fit for the supply of any prescribed form.
