Particulars not related to an undertaking

Section 6
(1)
The Chief Statistician may, in relation to any matter not related to an undertaking (as defined in subsection 5(6)) require any person to furnish such particulars and in such form as the
Yang di-Pertuan Agong may approve.
(2)
The provisions of section 5 relating to notice and the service thereof shall apply to a requirement under this section as they apply to a requirement under section 5.
