An Enactment to amend various written laws of the State in order to give effect to the change of designation of State Attorney to State Attorney-General.

ENACTED by the Legislature of the State of Sabah as follows:

Short Title.

Section 1

This Enactment may be cited as the Statute Law Revision Enactment, 1987.

Modification of State Laws.

Section 2

In any law passed by the Legislature of the State of Sabah prior to the commencement of this Enactment, or in any Ordinance to the extent that it is, by virtue of the provisions of the

Constitution of Malaysia treated as a State law, references to "State Attorney" shall be construed as references to "State Attorney-General".
