Section 21
—
(1)
It is the duty of every officer to exercise disciplinary control and supervision over his subordinates and to take appropriate action for any breach of the provisions of these Regulations.
(2)
An officer who fails to exercise disciplinary control and supervision over his subordinates, or to take action against his subordinate who breaches any provision of these Regulations shall be deemed to have been negligent in the performance of his duties and to be irresponsible, and he shall be liable to disciplinary action.
