of Statutory Bodies (Financial and Accounting Procedure) Ordinance, 1995
Section 21
Save as otherwise provided in this Ordinance, the provisions of the Financial Procedure Act 1957 [Act 61] and any regulations made and instructions issued thereunder shall apply to any statutory body and other persons in the service of the statutory body.
