s 105Jurisdiction of Tribunal

(1)

The Tribunal shall have the jurisdiction to hear and determine any claims specified in Part 1 of the Fourth Schedule and where the total amount in respect of which an award of the

Tribunal is sought does not exceed two hundred and fifty thousand ringgit or such other amount as may be prescribed to substitute the total amount.

(2)

For the avoidance of doubt, the Limitation Act 1953

[Act 254] shall not apply to the proceedings of the Tribunal.

(3)

The jurisdiction of the Tribunal shall not extend to any claim in which the title to any land, or any estate or interest in land, or any franchise, is in question.
