The Minister shall appoint—
a Secretary to the Strata Management Tribunal; and
such other officers and staff of the Tribunal as may be necessary to carry out the functions of the Tribunal.
Subject to the directions of the Chairman, the Secretary may, in connection with any application to the Tribunal, make interlocutory orders.
