s 42Existing notices, orders, etc.

Any notice, order, action, direction or other document prepared, issued or made by the Commissioner under the repealed

Act shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue and be deemed to have been prepared, issued or made under the corresponding provisions of this Act.

Any decision made by the Commissioner under the repealed

Act shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue and be deemed to have been made under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
