A party to the proceedings of the Tribunal may, upon notice to the other party and to the Tribunal, apply to the High
Court challenging an award in the proceedings on the ground of serious irregularity affecting the awards.
If there is shown to be serious irregularity affecting the award, the High Court may—
remit the award to the Tribunal, in whole or in part, for reconsideration; or
set the award aside in whole or in part.
For the purpose of this section, “serious irregularity”
means an irregularity of one or more of the following kinds which the court considers has caused substantial injustice to the applicant:
failure by the Tribunal to comply with section 113;
failure of the Tribunal to deal with all the relevant issues that were put to it; or
uncertainty or ambiguity as to the effect of the award.
