s 37References to repealed Act and savings provision

(1)

All references to the repealed Act in any written law or document shall, when this Act comes into operation, be construed as references to this Act.

(2)

Nothing in this Act shall affect the past operation of, or anything done under the repealed Act before the date of coming into operation of this Act.
