Any person who fails to comply with an award made by the
award
“award” means a decision of the Tribunal on the substance of the dispute and includes any order on costs or interest but does not include any interlocutory order;
Tribunal commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both, and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit for every day or part thereof during which the offence continues after conviction.

“Tribunal” means the Strata Management Tribunal established under Part IX;
