Any notice, order or other document prepared, issued or made by the Commissioner under the Strata Titles Act 1985
Commissioner
“Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Buildings appointed under subsection 4(1), and includes any Deputy Commissioner and other officers appointed under subsection 4(1) to exercise the powers or perform the duties imposed on the Commissioner;
shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue and be deemed to have been prepared, issued or made under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
Any decision made by the Commissioner under the Strata
Titles Act 1985 shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue and be deemed to have been made under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
