by renumbering the existing section as subsection (1) of that section;

in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “subsection 10(1) not be” the words “subsection 9(1) shall not be”;

and

by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

“(2)  Where the application under subsection 9(1)

is withdrawn, the Director shall notify the Registrar or Land Administrator who shall cancel or cause to be cancelled the note thereof endorsed on the register document of title pursuant to subsection 9(3).”.
