Advances, loans, grants in aid and incentives
of Sustainable Resources and Wastes Management, 2025

Subject to and in accordance with any regulation made under this Ordinance, advances may be made from the State
Consolidated Fund to owners or occupiers to enable them to carry out directions made under this Ordinance, and loans or grants in aid may be made from the State Consolidated Fund to Government departments, statutory bodies or local authorities in respect of conservation schemes undertaken by them.
(2)
The Authority may, subject to any regulation made hereunder, provide incentives, by way of awards, grants or other forms of monetary rewards, any person or group of persons, industry or any group of industry, which are the subject of a direction made under this
Ordinance, if it appears to the Authority that they merit such incentives.
