Section 37

(1)
Any person arrested under this Ordinance or any regulations made hereunder, unless remanded, may be released on a personal bond with or without surety by the Chief Executive Officer or any authorized person.
(2)
The amount of every personal bond executed shall be fixed with due regard to the circumstances of the case as being sufficient to secure the attendance of the person arrested when so required.
