Where more than one attendance is necessary to effect service on or delivery to one party of document referred to in

Part I of this Schedule or in item 8, 9 or 26 thereof, or where service is effected within the jurisdiction otherwise than by personal attendance or by post or is effected out of the jurisdiction.
