Section 120
The examination referred to in section 119 shall be carried out by means of secret examination and, if the Judge so requires, in an open
Court through parties related to him.
(a)
If the witness is a student he shall be examined through his teacher.
(b)
If the witness is a member of the armed forces, he shall be examined through his commanding officer.
(c)
If the witness is a civilian, he shall be examined through a trustworthy resident of the place where he resides.
