(2)
Evidence of a child against his parent and that of a parent against his child is admissible as syahadah and bayyinah.
(3)
Evidence of a husband for his wife and that of a wife for her husband is admissible as bayyinah.
(4)
Evidence of a parent for his child and that of a child for his parent is admissible as bayyinah.
