Section 34
(1)
A warrant of arrest shall ordinarily be directed to the Chief
Religious Enforcement Officer and all other Religious Enforcement
Officers, and any such officer may execute such warrant in any part of the Federal Territories.
(2)
The Court issuing a warrant may direct it to the Inspector
General of Police and all other police officers in the Federal
Territories or any person by name, not being a Religious Enforcement
Officer or police officer, and all or any one or more of such persons may execute the warrant.
