Meeting of the Committee

Section 6
(1)
The Chairman of the Committee shall preside over meeting of the
Committee and, if the Chairman is absent, the members present may elect anyone among themselves to preside over the meeting.
(2)
Three members present shall form a quorum at any meeting of the Committee.
(3)
Decisions of the meeting of the Committee shall be made by Syura.
(4)
Subject to these Rules and any directions of the State Chief Syar’ie
Judge, the Committee may regulate its own procedure.
