Lembaga to issue Passport Haji

Section 35

(1)

The Lembaga shall issue a Passport Haji to each pilgrim and such Passport Haji shall be deemed to be a valid passport and re-entry permit as if granted under any law relating to passports and immigration.

(2)

A Passport Haji shall not be valid except for the purpose of travel to the Holy Land to perform the pilgrimage or return therefrom.
