Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and those of the Companies Act 1965, the Contracts Act 1950, the Insurance Act 1963, the Road Traffic Ordinance 1958 and the Cooperative Societies Act, the provisions of this Act shall prevail. (2) ---
