Preamble
- In exercise of the power conferred in him by Section 3 of the Sultanate Lands Enactment 1934 [No. 146], His Highness the Sultan in Council hereby makes the following order:
Seksyen 2
The Schedule to the Sultanate Lands Enactment is hereby amended by adding herefrom the Lands described in the Schedule hereto.

TERMINATION OF GROUP SETTLEMENT AREAS UNDER SECTION 44
Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 44 Akta Tanah (Kawasan
Penempatan Beramai-ramai) 1960 [Akta 530], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah berunding dengan Menteri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang terletak di Mukim Ulu Benut, Daerah Kluang yang terdiri daripada lebih kurang 1,900 ekar dan ditandakan dengan warna kelabu di atas Pelan No.
P.G. 403 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Johor, di bawah seksyen 410 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], hendaklah terhenti menjadi kawasan penempatan beramai-ramai Rancangan V Sungai Benut sebagaimana Pemberitahuan Bil. 1178 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan
Negeri Johor pada 16 November 1967 mulai dari tarikh Pemberitahuan ini disiarkan dalam Warta.

WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR
In exercise of powers conferred by section 44 of the Land (Group Settlement
Area) Act 1960 [Act 530], the State Authority in consultation with the
Minister declares that the land situated in the Mukim Ulu Benut, District of Kluang comprising approximately 1,900 acres and delineated in grey on
Gazette Plan No. P.G. 403 which is deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Johore under section 410 National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], shall cease to be a Rancangan V Sungai Benut Designated Area as Notificaton No. 1178 published in the Johore Government Gazette on 16
November 1967 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette.
