s 3Marist Brothers of the Schools in Peninsular Malaysia

(1)

The Reverend Brother Robbe, the Titular Superior of the

Institute of the Marist Brothers of the Schools, Malaya, and his successors in office, shall be a body corporate by the name of

“The Titular Superior of the Institute of the Marist Brothers of the Schools, Federation of Malaya” and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal.

(2)

The Corporation may sue and be sued in its name.

(3)

The Corporation may—

(a)

enter into contracts;

(b)

acquire, purchase, take, hold and enjoy movable and immovable property of every description upon such terms as the Corporation thinks fit; and

(c)

sell, convey, assign, exchange, surrender, yield up, mortgage, demise, reassign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any movable or immovable property vested in the corporation upon such terms as the corporation thinks fit.
